The accountability requirements are straightforward. Applicants must use the official form below and provide the information as specified on the form.
Grants that have been successful must be accounted for by the 30th of September in the year following the grant award. If meeting this deadline is not feasible, an extension should be requested from the Administrator.
Prior to the consideration of any further applications, a grant must undergo proper accounting procedures. Hence, we encourage applicants to ensure that the funding they are applying for can be utilised in a timely manner.
Please be aware that neglecting to account for a grant will probably lead to the denial of any subsequent applications.
